If you think you hate liver, you’ve probably never cooked it properly. Soak liver in milk for 24 hours before cooking to remove bitterness and soften the flavor. Then cook in a hot pan with red onion, rosemary, chilli, butter, a splash of hot sauce, and chicken or beef stock. Fast, affordable, and honestly delicious. Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can buy. High in iron, vitamin A, B12, folate, and protein. A true superfood and easily one of the most nutritious foods in the sup

Chicken Livers - 3 Ways ✨ Start with approximately 500g chicken livers soaked in milk. Soaking helps remove any metallic taste and excess blood (impurities), while also tenderising the livers and improving the texture. Soak for at least 1 hour. If soaking for longer, keep refrigerated. ✨ Recipe 1: Classic Chicken Livers • 500g chicken livers, soaked and drained • 2 medium onions, sliced • Green chillies for extra heat (optional) • Fresh curry leaves • 1.5–2 tbsp Perima’s Kitchen All-In-One Chick
